The most vast land located at the north, home of the Czars -- the children of winter. SILNY is known for its unpleasantly low temperature, to which it hails snow for three seasons within a year.

DVORETS BLACK is the main castle of the north, serving as the shelter of the Lords and Ladies of House Czar. It consists of three towers and five halls with walls as thick as mattresses wide to cover the insides from the harsh cold brought by the long winter weather of the land.

Ivan Czar

The castle have always looked so dull to him. The walls were gray and the floors were nothing but polished marble. Not so much vibrancy existed within the borders of Silny that most travelers get bored of their stay. Their inhospitable lands and inhospitable people were never eager to welcome them anyway. The Great Hall was adorned with the black-and-white banners of House Czar along with several torches that burned of red flame. When he was a child this castle was full of wonder, adventure was in every corner. As he grew older his interests declined. But he would rather rot within these humorless walls than be confined in another Lord's castle.
With his glass in hand, he began sipping on some lavish vintage wine. If he were to travel however, it would be to Vires. He was man of great taste in wine.

Natalya Czarina

The halls were empty, as usual, despite being the break of dawn when most people would start their days. Silny had always had the least population -- not everyone was willing to withstand the cold where the days fall shorter, and nights longer. But it has always been her home. Their home. Their origin of place of which they would never abandon despite how lonely it may seem. As for the belle, as long as she had Dvorets Black and her brother, everything else would matter not.
"Good morn, my lord." She greeted with a curtsy after entering the hall -- an everyday routine with Koshechka, her tiger. "I pray you had a good sleep?"

"I have, thank you." He greeted her with that smile of his, always full of warmth and mystery. But there was the sight of her in the morning that calmed his nerves. For he knew that she would only be so loyal and so kind to him, Ivan had always looked at her respect and a special of affection. "Lovely morning, Nat." He climbed down the steps to greet her with a kiss on the hand. "Pray excuse me for drinking wine before breakfast. Ships just arrived from the harbor, I was only eager to taste what they brought from Vires."

Natalya Czarina

Everything is just too natural. A faint smile crept her face when her soon to be husband kissed the back of her hand. Does she love him? She did not know. In fact, she never knew how true love works so how can she confirm? There's a difference between sudden sparks between two person that would kindle passionate flames and growing up with another for decades and developing a love without so much as a choice. And it's the difference that Natalya had never learned. She may be infatuated with him, which is much appropriate to use in term.
"You are excused, ser." Nevertheless, he made her happy than most of the people within this roof. "Ah. Good food and wine. The only good thing from the south." She latched her arm around his before being escorted to the dining halls. "What are your plans for the party the king is proposing, brother?"

Ivan Czar

"I only plan to attend and offer my curtesies. We don't have much of a choice but to accept the invitation."
Ivan knew for a fact that her sister's smiles were as rare as diamonds are in the north. He had been observing her for years now, only learning that he was one of the few people that possessed the ability and charm to make her do so. Something about the thought eased his mind. It just proved that he was worth something in this world more than just some lordling. "Silny needs representation after all... Do you have everything you need for it?"

"I suppose you are right." She muttered, not that there's any surprise to her about it. Though attending isn't really her first choice but if it's needed and if Ivan would ask for her presence, then she shall. "Yes. But I will check once again, just to be sure..." Natalya ran a course of list through her head; a black and white gown, her sigil choker passed down from generations, a purse that kept a small knife and possibly hide another set under her skirts. Nothing too flamboyant or grandeur. Zima knows how their lifestyle differs than those men of Fastus or Vires. She is a tiger, and tigers needed not to wear a golden mane or any jewels to exert their dominance.
"May I bring Koshechka?" Upon hearing her name, the feline's ears perked up and looked at their backs as they strolled. Her low, soft purring audible which came reassuring for her master.

A light chuckle escaped from his lips at the mention of such suggestion. "Of course. I'd like to see how the other guests react upon seeing her. We wouldn't want her to be left alone here. However you must be sure she can adapt to the temperatures in the Capitol." The feline had grown behaved under Natalya's care, Ivan would be confident enough to let her wander leisurely in a crowded room. "If they stop us, we'll persuade them... I say that you should just enjoy the celebration, though be on your guard. The others won't be so eager to greet us with untainted thoughts and intentions."

Natalya Czarina

"It's spring there, isn't it? I'm guessing it's a tad bit better than summer..." She wondered, suddenly imposing on the idea of the winter clothes complete with thick furs she was supposed to wear. Growing tolerating the cold, she wasn't exactly fond of the heat of the other regions. "A timely reminder, brother. I might rearrange my garb to survive their temperature as well -- if you give me the permission?" Natalya pursed her lips, scratching the head of Koshechka with one hand before returning it around her brother's. "Has there ever been a change..." A frown found its way to her face. Their muted judgement has always been over her shoulders. Strings of disapproval about her kin and their customs. Overtime, the belle has grown a thick skin and decided not to notice them. It never dealt her any good to do so. "If then do so much as to touch us, they're dead."

Ivan Czar

"That, I shall promise you." If anyone so much tried to dishonor the house or harm any of its members, Ivan would be quick to act. Being left in the least populated, least visited region of Aether had paved way for the nesting of isolationist ideology, however hardly absolute as they were still a part of the whole House Vitus had integrated. And being left to look out for their own had made them protective of their own kin, their own people. Might he be bold enough to say it, but they were jingoistic in a sense. "Would they even dare? I'd like to think most of them are good people. I have nothing against socializing with them but if their treatment stirs offense..." He looked at her, the corner of his lips tugging into a smile. "If ever, we'd be sure to 'play' with them."
Breakfast was already prepared for them on the table, looking inviting. Ivan escorted her to her seat before taking the one next to hers. "Don't be afraid to try out different colors, with your garbs, I mean. Don't you ever get tired of wearing the same colors while other ladies get silk and satin of all the colors you can think of?"

"Hard to see them under that light." The belle frowned, never accepting anyone outside of their kin. How on earth could they be good, that if the Czars had never agreed with their alliance then they might have whipped her kin out of the history text books -- at least that was what her old septa have always told her. "I do not trust anyone outside our land. And I think you should not either." She meant it as a reminder, if anything.
"That is sweet of you, my lord." A corner of her lips tugged. "But I need not to flash colors for their own sake -- I am capable of my own fairness, despite of how proud it may sound. The last thing I ask for is to impress other men when I already have your approval." An eyebrow was raised with that look of absolute malign on her face.

His smile never faded even if he himself felt the weight of the threat she had in mind though it was not directed at him. He became slightly uncomfortable when she flashed him a look that scared most men, a bit of that effect was found in him as well. But it was just another thing he admired her for. Her way of thinking, it was most in line with his. It was the kind of compatibility he needed from his lady. She would rule Silny with the excellency he hoped for. "Of course, my lady." Kissing her forehead was his most favored way of showing his affection to her, so in that moment he allowed it. "I look at you with adoration. You never fail to impress me."

'They say when a Czar is born, Zima flips a coin', she remembered the cruel saying she once overheard when they rode out to the Capitol when she was just a child. 'We're at the same side of the coin, brother,' Natalya thought. No one else in this world is much fitting for him to marry but her, after all. Not even their eldest sister who is opposite of them both.
"So do you, your grace." A slight blush crept her face, looking up at Ivan as she sat there with her breakfast. "No one can be better than my lord. Not even me."
She did mean it, though. If she were not a woman and was to rule Silny, she'd be most terrible at it. At least Ivan had the capability of deceiving other houses. Natalya, however, is an open book. Her heart is honestly full of hatred of other men outside their home and has a pride that would endanger everyone under circumstances.

The first thing he grabbed from the table was the pitcher of Viresi wine, ambrosial in taste.

"That is an assuring thought. I'm glad you think so. What troubles me however is the tendency of my judgement to rely on flimsiness of heart. That is where I would need you. It's your counsel I trust the most." As the first born son, he was raised to become Lord of Dvorets Black. His father, the maesters, and the masters-at-arms had been his counselors and tutors. Despite his firm grip on the region, he felt as if there was something abstract that was left lacking, like a torn page in a book. He looked to her for fulfillment.

"It would be my honor, your liege," she nodded in agreement. "Nothing would be of a better laurel."
Indeed, it was true. For a woman, at least. The most honor one can get at a time like this is to be a part of the counsel of a powerful man. The world was not ready for a female ruler -- not yet, at least. Not that she'd ever dreamed of it.
"Where you go, I go." Natalya muttered as an assurance, reaching to hold his hand and give it a squeeze.

It was an easy thing to believe. In all sincerity, Ivan found himself smiling at her words. She had always understood the pains and the gains. "You are the only one I'd want to embark on the same journey I am in. You're the only one who would." In response, he squeezed her hand back. Ivan had never seen Zima as a merciful god, but might he be worthy of praise for match he arranged. Natalya was no less than perfect.

It was her only dream. Being born without any birth right, all she wished is to be with her brother and watch him rule Silny, even Aether if Zima would let it happen. There was nothing of a higher happiness imaginable for the belle.
A gentler smile was painted on her face the moment Ivan beamed a bright one. It made her happy, to see him so. And there's no less that she could do but assure him of her loyalty in her entire lifetime.
"I am always a step behind you, your grace." She assured kindly. "Always."

"No, you're just right beside me," he told her. He sipped on his glass, savoring the flavorful taste of quality wine. It was surely what he envied from the southern region--prosperous and hospitable lands. "Speaking of journeys, we would need to head off to the Capitol afterward. The king called, so we must amswer. At least there is a variety of places of interest. You shouldn't get bored."

"I doubt it." She sipped her own cup of wine after finishing her meal. "I have no place in this world but the north." Koshechka broke her own fast, with a tray of raw meat. Natalya glanced at the tiger, hopeful at least that she get to stay with her-- knowing that Ivan would most likely be without her sight once busy.
